Alot of supplements I use (ZMA, Nitro GH) say to take on a empty stomach 30 minutes before bed. I am use to taking a shake right before bed for night time protien. Can anyone give me advice.
Take the ZMA 45 minutes before bed and slam the protein shake before lying down.
Along with ZMA, I take L-Theanine and GABA to help relax me. With my protein shake, a take 3-4 Fish Oil gelcaps.
