  2. For me rocket, the pwo carbs is raisins. 1/2 cup 64 carbs, sugar is a lil high in them though

    Interesting on Raisins, they have a lot of sugar but also fiber and are considered a Low Glycemic Index food. They do not spike insulin like you would expect for something with that much sugar. You might actually want to consider another form of carbs to get insulin pumping post workout. Not saying get rid of them, but maybe throw a 1/4-1/2 cup into some cream of rice cereal with a ton of cinnamon.

  8. I have upped my daily calories by about 200-300 and I am still losing weight. So this is a good thing. Maybe add 200 more next week.

  9. Yesterdays workout was one on the best I have had in years, my rest times were less than normal, I felt strong and got extra reps on all movements. Today is a rest day (if you call yard works rest) can't wait for Monday morning !!

    Man @Rocket3015 thatís a super low dose of Trenavar. Have you used this before? I like Trenavar at 90mg to get noticeable results. Hopefully you donít need that much. I think I would do 3 caps a day after the first 2 days for 6 weeks. Honestly, I think this would be the best chance to get good results.

    I have not used it before so I was being carefully, I will run 2 caps a day and maybe up it to 3 after a few day! Thank you!

    I agree with @Jebrook, orally you probably at least want to go with 90. I think most people ran the TD @ 90 and it had more bioavailability. This is just a prohormone so not too strong, and not really toxic, just will probably increase BP a little. I would run it at least 3 caps a day if you want to see much of anything at all. That would get you 40 days out of the bottle.
