Several questions:
Should I take one scoop w/ preworkout meal and one scoop post workout, or do I need to split them up further?( one in the morning, one at night)
Can I take it only on workout days or is it much better to take it every day?
I still have a bunch of creatine mono. Does it make any sense to take it while using Swole? Maybe mono on off days, swole on workout days?
I've probably missed the boat on this supp, as it seems most members on this board have moved on to newer things. So thanks for taking the time to help.
