    Hope you have some nice workouts while traveling! You'll definitely need Wild Thing to get you focused for that hotel workout

    1.5 scoops
    Had a great workout today. focus was spot on. energy was nice and smooth.
    I didn't eat anything after lunch. been so busy at work I forgot to eat my 4th meal and protein shake.
    The BA tingles were nice. maybe I should take it on a truly empty stomach. I didn't runout of energy which I usually do if I dot eat 2-3 hrs before the gym. Might try it again tomorrow.

    Didn't workout monday, Got home late from KC and only got 3 hrs. of sleep. Did get in a little wife cardio.

    I'm not sure how I saw it this way, but as I was scrolling back up to catch some posts that I missed, I saw this as "2 hr workout with a bald püssy" Maybe it's just because I just had some?? Freudian slip? It definitely had my attention at that point and I had to go back and re-read it. Now I'm disappointed. For me and for @Studhorse.
