The instructions for Performax Labs Slinmax say take 1 for 25+gs carbs and 2 for 50+gs carbs.

Assuming my insulin's at baseline 1 hour before I go to sleep. Say if I take 1 pill of slinmax 1 hour before I go to sleep and have a meal containing ~25gs carbs & 45g protein half an hour before I go to sleep.
What would the ensuing insulin release be like compared to if I'd taken the slinmax and had <5gs carbs & 45gs protein instead, and if I'd gone to bed without that meal and slinmax?

Has anyone done any similar experiments, using slinmax or another GDA?

Has anyone found any research papers with data on the impact of different amounts of protein and carbs before bed, on GH release during sleep?
