Tri-Max and liver

One of the disclaimers for Tri-Max states:

Do not use if you have heart, liver, thyroid, or psychiatric disorders.

It is easy to understand why Tri-Max is not for someone with heart or thyroid disorders... but why the specific warning concerning the liver? Does Tri-Max itself have a property(ies) that make it hard on your liver? Or does the warning come from the fact that your metabolic rate will be vamped up from its use and thus put stress on the liver?

I'm not sure why it would say this. Thyroxine increases the rate of liver regeneration. So would tri-max I suppose. It's probably just a liability statement their lawyer made them add.
