I been trying to properly understand ratios in the supplement industry.

Anyone have a simple explanation?

Example:
Tablet:
Catuaba 5:1 extract 500mg
VS
Liquid:
Catuaba menstruum ratio 1:3.

Both claim super concentrated, but bit confusing as one solid, other liquid.

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers

Might just be labeling jargon inconsistencies? Most concentrated extracts are listed like #1; 500mg of it, would be the same as 2.5g of powdered root or whatever.

The liquid being 1:3 looks reversed?

Edit: Found this via Google:
Super concentrated Muira Puama and Catuaba extract: dry material / menstruum ratio 1:3
So I say it's a 3:1, they just wrote it funny. My 0.2 Dinar anyway
