    I forget where I read it but getting a good night's sleep (8hrs) does wonders for reducing cortisol.

    I wanted to know what was better at decreasing cortisol, DHEA or Phosphatidyl Serine. JS Nitro has a supplement called Nitro GH with this in it. He says there is nothing better for lowering cortisol that phosphatidyl.
