How much and what kind of fat to take with Rebound XT?

I have been reading on the best way to take Rebound XT and so far I have been taking it with a tablespoon of olive oil (12g fat) at 8am and 8pm. Still on week one so dosing 2caps 2x per day.

Anybody have a better way to take it... am I going about it wrong?
 
To my knowledge, there are anti-estrogenic ligands in flax oil that can work synergistically with RXT, so it's an idea to do 10-15g of flax as meathead suggested.
 
I've been taking my RXT with a couple tablespoons of natural peanut butter and it seems to work just fine.
