HMB/CEE for nonresponder

I was wondering if for someone that usually does not respond to creatine very well, would adding HMB help me to respond better? I tried to search for it, but HMB is to few of letters to search (which is really annoying searching for short words). Anyone know about this or have some advice?
 
I am using creatine monohydrate with HMB right now and I like it. Energy is up in the gym and pumps are real nice. I may try HMB and CEE in a few months.
 
HMB works synergistecally with creatine IMO but I don't know if it'll make you a responder since I do well with creatine mono. HMB works well @ 3-6 grams a day and would make a good anti-catabolic supp while cutting.
 
were the results with HMB + CEE worth it? i'm considering trying it.

with the free shipping and sales that matt is having at custom, i think i'm gonna try a 4 week bulk with hmb, cre-ethyl extreme, and some taurine.
I am about 165 now, so i'm hoping to get up a lil over 170ish.
dosing will be:
hmb: 3g/day
cre-ethyl extreme: 5 pills/day (2g cee + 1.5g glycerol monostearate)
taurine at 3g/day

My diet is about a 40/40/20, with only about 40g of protein a day coming from shakes. i'm gonna shoot for 2700 calories. i might even keep a log, with a link to my fitday.com nutrition journal.

I'm creatine non-responder, about month ago I decided to try
CEE-3g ED
HMB-2g twice a day
CM-1.8g twice a day

So far I don't see any results I couldn't get without 'em.

Hey Crowler - I don't mean to jump on this, but I've tried Creatine mono, CEE and the latest was Sizeon. I didn't respond to any of them. I didn't see any results that I normally wouldn't have had. I've been (like everyone else) following the Chaos threads. A sample would be great, but will I notice anything from two servings (energy, etc?). I just would hate to spend more money and not see the benefits. Thanks for letting me go on...
 
holy crap this is an old thread, but hey, I was looking into trying chaos for preworkout, maybe this will work well for me with the creatine too.

Actually I don't, I respond well to most creatine products.

I don't think you'd see much with 1-2 doses of any creatine, I was veiwing your product as more of a pre-workout supp.
