Good stack. Elix1r at 1 scoop, plus some other stuff on top is an excellent idea (I can't handle that much caffeine at once to do 2 scoops).

Any nootropics I use come from my pre workouts. The ones I'm using right now all have between 300-600mg alpha gpc and 500-1g Tyrosine.

I have bulk caps of Alcar I'll usually add that total 1.5g and also taking one cap of Celatrus paniculatus that contains 500mg extract. Never used it before and trying to gauge it's effects.

What about you 1Fast400?

People may be surprised, but I'm not a big pill taker. My daily is flexatril, CoQ10, peak02 and something else haha. I'm not a big Stim Head as I'm pretty tolerant. The first product scivation ever made was a nootropic. I was always a fan of neurogain from EAS WAY back in the day. Used it in college quite a bit.

I'm old now so I figured it was time to look into neuro stuff a little more. Most of these I figured were in the mix, was just curious what dosing you guys had. I get blasted with material offers weekly, most of which I ignore. This year from a PD standpoint, was going to focus on this area, pun intended. At most, I get 1 thing done a year. The past 2 years that Peak02 and Flexatril, both of which I'm incredibly proud of. I have a big drop around 3rd quarter of this year that will be totally unique that does have brain implications, along with many others. Have a lot of studies already completed.

One of these days I should take some real vacation time
