For size yes for recovery no. ARA actually increases inflammation so that would be the opposite. They are both great to increase mass and strength though.

ArA wouldn't fall into a "recovery aid"

LCLT at 2g is a daily staple of mine. ArA is amazing for strength gains.

You think ArA helps with muscle recovery?? Haha.
Yep,
ARA induces inflammation to help muscles improve.
Fish oil is good for recovery too, like up to 10g/day dose.

Seems you are right. I've read some articles about how ARA is increasing inflammation but now I skimmed through some research abstracts and it seems to be the opposite. Do you know a good article with references that sums up ARA?

The arachidonic acid help guide on this forum is pretty good for resources/information.

A lot of quality sleep works best for me. Back in the day I used to mega dose glutamine (40-50 grams per day) and I used to notice faster recovery. It's very expensive though, especially considering I didn't notice any difference in body composition. I would be interested in seeing someone use ArA and mega dosing glutamine, as I really believed mega dosing glutamine reduced DOMS for me.

Yes, quality sleep is a must. Growth Factor XT is amazing for recovery as well, as it allows deep restful sleep. It also contains LCLT as well :D

Doesn't that say what I first thought? What I found here al skimmed suggested it can be used to fight inflamation.

On topic:
after workout: carbs + creatine + ALA + Carnitine
also adaptogens help. I'd say best for recovery are reishi, ashwagandha and ginseng.
Non-supplement solution would be foam rolling (after exercise and again couple of hours later).
