I would wait. Depending on what your taking can possibly have an effect.

If you're post cycle and sick, I'd say you got probably sick from your immune system responding to whatever you'd been taking, and I'd ditch the antibiotics for a good multivitamin/immune support instead.

Not a doc though!

I gotcha. I've seen dudes get sick more than a couple times coming off, was just making sure. Yeah, I'd say finish your antibiotics first, then you'd be good to go.
