hi sorry i did a search, but didn't find much... just wondering if anybody as any experiece, good or bad with this form of creatine it would be much appreciated...

basically its a buffered version of creatine in pill form (Kre-Alkalyn)

anyways thanks

I've been wondering about the KRE-ALK products as well. There's not been much feedback on them, yet alot of new creatine products are popping up with this as the main ingredient. If any body has any feedback please as trident said post what you thought of it.

I think you will see Kre-Alk become a more prevalant product, especially after Bill L's CEE purity testing results(or lack thereof). Kre-Alk is a legitimate product, just not hyped up like esterfied creatine.

Any personal experiences with it unitas....... pumps, fullness, strength increases, etc. By the way love the avatar, me and the transformers go way back.

Yeah, I did a cycle of kre-Alk for 30+ days, at 2.2 grams pre-workout. It took a couple days to notice a difference in strength/pumps, but when they did it was excellent, very good pump and vascularity throughout the day and especially workouts. I kinda jumped on the CEE bandwagon but next week Im switching back to kre-alk. My honest recommendation is that you try it, and keep a log on it. Everyone who is wary of kre-alk would definately be interested in your progress should feel so inclined. Yeah, transformers rule!

purple-K creatine???

Nope....not really sure about that one. I hear the Orange Sunshines and the Highway 1's are pretty good. But stay away from the bad brown stuff....

Alrighty then, I was pondering the choice between Dymatize Xpand(CEE), or BSL's KreaAlk products anyway. Guess I'll give the kre'alk a try. What brand of K did you use and/or recommend?

I used scifit kre alk pills. Don't use Black Star Labs, it is too underdosed and more expensive in the long run.

Thanks for the heads up unitas, guess I'm going with scifit. Their powder is cheap as hell anyway.
