Is there a reason you're looking for a creatine capsule instead of a powder?

Powders will be a much cheaper route to go.

Totally agree... frankly it'd be cheaper to buy SNS mono (like $12 for an entire year's supply) and a capping machine (like $20) and do it yourself if you must have caps...

Myprotein usually has deals on their creatine capsules, pretty good pricing.

I'm also curious to know why capsules are necessary? Creatine monohydrate is pretty tasteless, and it's not a small, hard to measure dose, so powder makes a lot of sense, and will save you some money.

When I use micronized creatine I just dump the powder in my mouth with a little water. It's easier than swallowing a pill or five to get the right amount.

Agreed. You could get creatine monohydrate and mix in with your protein shake for cheap. They also make capsule creatine monohydrate for pretty cheap as well.

If you absolutely have to have capsules then I would go with Green Bulge or Creature by Beast Sports Nutrition.

What preworkout are you taking?

Those are the order I would put those caps in. But I would strongly suggest going with a powder product. SNS, or any other brand, of creatine monohydrate will cost you between $10-$15 and last you about a year.

Also, you have more in depth powder options, such as PowerMax XT and Erognine. Both are ergogenic supplements that will aid in recovery, hydration and boost overall workout performance while providing you with your full dose of creatine. If you have access to either one of those, or bulk monohydrate, I would opt for any of those over capsules.
