Nothing wrong with DIY creatine drink

Skip down near the bottom, the TL DR is that at extremely cold temp (4c) Creatine changes so slowly it's not worth worrying about.

Guess I'll be mixing my E9 at night time and taking it out of the fridge in the morning.

I always wondered if this was still the consensus or not. I remember a couple years ago everything I read said to drink your creatine as soon as it was mixed or it was ruined lol

It shouldn't make much if a difference, not one I would be picky over anyways.
