Hey

PES ABE has to be dosed with your 2 largest meals of the day...why is that?;) I hear that some stuff need to be taken with fats..but my 2 largest meals doesnt conssist of much fats really...so would it be better to dose the 2 servings with a fatty meal or should it just be dosed with 2 largest meals(consist of a lot of carbs/protein)


Also why do I need to take it with a meal;)?

ABE has nutrient partitioning/GDA-like properties where it allows you to be more carb tolerant.

Doesn't need to be taken with a meal containing fats. I'd dose about 30 mins before your largest meals.

thx for the answers guys;) - is it really needed to dose i near meals then? or can I take 2 caps in the morning and 2 in the evening

In my opinion, it's advantageous to dose around meals. Some people dose around workouts as well. You may be able to find different dosing schemes others have enjoyed around the forum.

okay if I take ARA preworkout, would I benifit dosing 2 caps of ABE with me ARA preworkout then? And then take the other 2 cap 2-3 hours later with a big meal?;)

Lodhra Bark is synergistic with the ArA actually. Coop writes about this in the Lodhra (Bark) Extract write up in the PES sub section. Not sure if it's necessary to dose concurrently with ArA to elicit these effects, though.

I'd space out the doses as much as possible, personally.

I am dosing 2 caps with breakfast 45 min before workout. 1 cap with next meal and another cap with following meal.

ok, well my workout is very close to bed time...so prolly just gonna do 2 in the morning and 2 after workout

I've been dosing 4 caps with my pre workout meal about an hour and a half pre-workout and then adding 1.5 of ArA about 45 minutes pre workout with my E9.........this has been working quite well for me.

only PH should be consumed with fatty meals, ABE is not a prohormone.
Now before anyone gets fired saying the same thing goes for vit.D, I say already now that vitamin D may be classified as a pH, being a precursor hormone, as well as being a lipo-soluble vitamin.
having said that, the ABE it can also take on an empty stomach, but it is better if you take it before or with the two largest meals of the day. Especially if you are very sensitive to forskolin contained therein.

To me, if I take it before meal, I feel bloated after the meal. If I take it during the meal, it makes me hungrier and after my meal I feel "lighter" and that I can eat even more(which I do!)

I don't understand why you think meal timing with ingredients matters if they're a prohormone or not. ABE has nutrient partitioning properties, that is why it is good to take with your biggest meals

.... Because he wrote that he had heard someone say that ABE should be taken with meals high in fat, but it is not true. It is recommended that ABE is taken with meals, but not necessarily high in fat, because ABE is not a PH.
Only hormonal compounds as PH / AAS are taken with fat to improve absorption in the intestine. But that's not the case with ABE.
And then I also wrote that ABE is best to take with meals, because in addition to having nutrient partitioning properties, is also better tolerated by many who are a little sensitive to forskolin contained therein.
I myself have run 7 times the Og. AnaBeta (my favorite), and twice the ABE v2
each time with excellent results.

thank you for all the help guys;) Atm Im just taking it 90 min preworkout with a meal and then again with my post workout meal;)
