X-gels or X-factor. Both are solid but I always go with x-gels. Dosage is between 1-2g pwo on workout days only (for 50 workouts). Most, including myself, find 1.5g to be the best in terms of benefits and cost. Dose on an empty stomach. Make sure you dose any anti-inflammatories (advil, fish oil, cissus, etc.) about 8 hours apart from your ArA dose. Some quit fish oil all together during their run. Remember, inflammation is your friend when using ArA.
