Do any of you actually weight out your daily powder?

I have my trusty MyWeigh MX50.

Precision-measuring of powdery substances and miscellaneous miscellany made easy.

I do. I've got an Escali that is accurate to 50 mg. I got it on Ebay for like $18.

I weigh them into my protein scoop.

That's an idea...

I figured that when I bought one Id just put some tinfoil or paper or something on top, then dump it into a cup

I tried the piece of paper routine. I found the scoop was easier. I don't spill it as much.

It's a must for accuracy

You guys are far too diligent….or I’m just too lazy. I suppose it could be the latter ;)

Anyway, with any powder that I don’t cap, I measure a set volume the first time with a pocket scale and determine the density. Then, using the density, determine the volume per desired serving and use one of the dozens of measuring scoops I have acquired over the years to get the correct amount. Yea, not perfect, but easy to apply on a daily basis.

No I do not weigh my protein powder.

Do you weigh your egg whites ? ;)

How about your chicken breast AFTER it is cooked? ;)

If you answered yes to both of these and you are not a national level competitor has anyone ever called you anal? LOL

I weigh my Protein Powder on a digital food scale. Just seems more accurate that way. I also measure my chicken breasts (raw), red meat, and everything else.

I'm far from a national competitor so I'm EXTREMELY anal.

Right now I'm trying to find something that I can use to measure my bulk powders (K-rala). I'm just not comfortable guessing on amounts. I dont want to short change myself and I also dont want to waste product.

i tare out a plastic cup on my scale then measure out my cee everyday!
I did the same thing with my alcar lol.
