Really random but any insight would be appreciated, I recently started taking nettle root in the am and 1.5 mg of boron.. I did it for a week and noticed surprising increases in strength, vascularity and energy.. About 1.5 weeks in I had terrible insomnia.. So I cut both out and after about a week my sleep returned to normal.. Then I started nettle root again and for a week saw similiar improvements but now my sleep is messed up.. I really like the benefits I see but wtf why is it messing up my sleep? I take melatonin, magnesium to help me sleep and that doesn't do much
