Increasing Reps

My whole philosophy is on increasing reps not weight. I know I post a lot about the similar topic but just curious on people's opinions on this preworkout.

L-citrulline 6g
Taurine 5g
Caffeine 250-500mg
PN(nitrates) 3-4 caps
And possibly either hica or leucine or a bcaa for the delayed fatigue

Any other ingredients that would also benefit this goal or work synergistically with these ingredients would be welcomed suggestions and also if u would change the current doses of the ingredients listed to more or less. Only
Looking for acute effects not trying to load anything or take something on off days

I wouldn't like the beta Alanine tingles if I wasn't working out. I think it would drive me mad
This. I hate just driving to the gym itching... Makes me want to destroy the weights haha. Fine when I'm in there tough, feel it helps me get in the right frame of mind.

I dont think you'll get the acute effects you are after with beta alanine. Its similiar to creatine (as in in it is generally accumulative, and you need to dose it everyday).

I experienced acute rep increases with soy lecithin granules (just to add something else to your list).

Split BA into two doses prior to or with carb meals. This will eliminate paresthesia (tingles) if one doesn't want to dose pre-workout.

COP may help acutely. That's too large of a dose of Citrulline, especially with the nitrates.

I can't seem to find anything saying citrulline and nitrates are a bad combo

They're not a bad combo. Aaron was simply stating that you do not need to dose Citrulline that high when co-ingested with Nitrates.

If I could choose one of the ones mentioned, it would be COP without a doubt.

Oh, gotcha. Makes more sense. I'd also looking into glycerol/GMS. Can help mitigate hypotensive issues, and also contribute to vasodilation. One of the reasons we included it in High Volume.

I've used a lot of products with glcycerol and I really like the pump from it. Stacked with citrulline and agmatine.

Is COP really that beneficial? I've never tried nor thought much of it
