Making "SuperCharge" w/o Caffeine

I want to make a custom mix of powders that is basically the same thing as Labrada's SuperCharge or NO-Xplode without the caffeine. These guys are begging for a lawsuit. I already know someone whose blood pressure went dangerously high to near heart attack levels and another who had acute dehydration and a seizure and these people were using nothing else.

So, what's the best source to mix something up that has the same stuff minus the caffeine? I found that 1Fast400 didn't have all the necessary ingredients (though they had most). Any suggestions? Thanks!
