In any case I bought X factor and X Factor extreme, Apparently Im too old because my joints hurt so bad I cant even think about taking the X factor extreme.

Off the top of my head the only thing I can think of would be a pre work out or test booster that won't kill my joints I've really been out of the research loop so I can't give a good answer.
