seriously considering this product. normally i cap my own powders but bulk K-R-ALA isnt significantly cheaper. if it increases insulin sensitivity as it claims to, then i could see how it would aid both cutting and bulking. i would consider it for either, but i'd like some more info.
i go hypo relatively easily, especially when cutting. dizzy, spacey, headachey, tired etc. but when bulking - never. this worries me somewhat, as an insulin mimic will bring my blood glucose further down. ketosis frightens me. i reduce carbs, but never eliminate them.
when bulking - i can see how this product could not only keep the fat off (by stabilizing blood sugar ergo fewer spikes and more efficient nutrient use) but also, if timed properly, cram the good stuff in the muscle a la insulin.
anyone with experience using gxr please weigh in and let me know what you'd recommend for a person in my situation.
background/stats:
6'6" 265lbs
51"/37"/18.5" chest/waist/arm
~13% BF
reasonably experienced with AAS
