hdl question ?

my lipid profile looks good right now i had it checked 2 wks ago cholesterol was 149 but my hdl was about 3 points below norm. [37] norm. being 40 or above. so my question to anybody is what can i use to bring my hdl back up or will it come back up the rest of the way all by itself ?

Google is your friend I take Citrucel every day, soluble fiber should help raise HDL

Policosanol is also supposed to raise HDL.

Olive Oil should be your first line of defense for raising HDL IMO...
