just been browsing through the supp section here & noticed that a lot of people are using Amino Acid supps.

don't get the wrong idea, i'm not flaming anyone but just wondering that if your getting enough protein through many differant sources (red meat, chicken, eggs, salmon, white fish, whey, low-fat dairy etc.) can the price/results ratio really be justified?

i've used (and liked) liver tabs in the past but they were & still are very cheap but some of these Amino supps can get pretty pricey.
