Erae Pro Dosage

Been searching around a bit but can't seem to really find my answer. I have used regular Erase numerous times, everything from 1 cap a day to 4 a day. I have two bottles of Erase Pro, one old version and one new. What do most people find as the sweet spot for dosage on both? I have heard that the old Erase Pro is suggested to dose 1 cap every other day due to dry joints, but not sure if that applies to the new version.

New version shouldn't have the joint issues of the old. I'd take 1 cap every day for the duration.

For the old, it just depends on how you react to main active. If you had joint issues with 3 caps of the old Erase then you may want to go with an every other day dosing on Erase Pro (there is equivalent of three caps Erase active in Erase Pro).
