Actually, the post was meant to be vague - I'm not concerned with any specific supplement - but groups of supplements that fall into these categories.
For example, I've heard that certain supplements should be taken together (e.g., Alcar, Tyrosine, (DMAE??) on an empty stomach, and others should be taken with food (e.g., 1AD). I've also heard that certain supplements shoudn't be taken together (e.g. ZMA and Calcium), while others should (Vit E and selenium). Most of this seems a bit arbitrary, but I'm sure there is supporting data. I think this might be a good reference as general guidance.
So, does anyone have recommendations for combinations, supplements not to take in combination, and more generally those to be taken with food and those better taken on an empty stomach?
