ZMA?

I was just wondering if ZMA (zinc magnesium asp.) is useful for post cycle if i'm taking a multivitiman? I noticed that the ingrediants that are in the zma are also in my multi, even more so? If anyones had any experience or knowlege about it id appreciate it...

i notice it helps restore T-levels faster, i always use it post cycle. Along with nolvadex, or clomid, and avena sativa, tribulus.
