As for BCAA's; these imo are largely not needed but if you insist, i would opt for AminoIV. Its EAA based which is far superior to BCAA IMO

And got dymatize chocolate brownie fudge and it was 24$ for 53+ servings and got German Creation 60 scoops for 10.00 can't beat that next time will get bcaa and pre
