fenugreek (Dr.D or others)

Dr. D. has spoken I believe about fenugreek to help boost natural test. I went to the health food store today to see if they had it and they said that it was taken for sinuses. Is this true or am I talking about the wrong thing? If it is used for test improvement, by what means does it do it?
 
I apreciate the reply D town. Believe it or not I did do a search. I'm not lazy believe it or not. It's just that I get complaints from the wife that I spend too much time on the computer, which is probably true.

Your not alone. My wife gives me a guilt trip every time I get on the computer for more than 15 minutes too. :frustrate

Yeah, no kidding. That may explain the lack of nookie lately:lol:.

I think it says that because I've been leaving my computer running.
 
I am not convinced of the efficacy of fenugreek to boost test levels or libido. I took it for 4 weeks at 6 caps daily, but it didn't exactly seem to be anything as good as FUZU or other trib/libido products. I also took it per Dr. D's praise, but unfortunately was dissapointed. Also I have not seen anything on the net regarding it's use to help boost test levels, or could extrapolate and make a logical case as to why it would be good or better than other current OTC test/libido boosters.

Dr.D... I'm just not sold on this one, nor do I see any major trend towards it or evidence of what or how it actually helps, sorry.

It's nice to have a desk job with a lot of ass time.
 
not too sure about fenugreek either...women who are lactating are supposed to take it to increase their milk supply...plus it tends to give you a "syrup" smell after a couple of days of taking it.
 
I'm taking it and 250mg DHEA a day on my 2 week mini-PCT. It has worked wonders on suppression. Got blood results back from Tuesday, and my test was normal. I dunno if it's the Fen, or even if the SD didn't suppress me that way, but all levels were fine.

ACtually my post above is wrong, just got done with a biomechanics test, dunno where my brain is. I'm taking 250mg a day of DHEA. sorry rrgg

did you get test levels checked before hormone use?
 
no I didn't, I couldn't get in and well SD Was calling my name. lol. Why i said I dunno if its the Fen of if I wasn't that suppressed to begin with.
