Recommendations for ECA

I might be able to acquire a bottle or two of Ephedrine and thinking about trying the ECA Stack. But what would be the dose of each? Can you suggest a mild starting dose? And how many times a day would I dose?

25mg E, 200mg C, no need for the A. 2x daily at first, then 3x daily if well tolerated. This has been covered at length in hundreds of boards over the Internet and magazines. Read something before you post. :nono:
