There is a really good supply in the bottle, I think it is two capsules a day for the first week, and then one cap a day for the rest of your cycle on it. After a week of taking it I could deff tell a difference in my libido, and just had a general sense of well being. I dunno if I would say it directly packed on muscle, but the mood it promoted, kind of a "manly" mood and overall feeling translated to increased focus / aggressiveness in the gym, I think this mood / focus, which should have been caused from an increase in natty test, helped me with my strength. I say give it a shot man, give it a week to really feel it, take it on an empty stomach just like the directions say, you will like it. I took it just to boost test, and also I had been feeling kinda depressed / stressed so my sex drive / libido needed a bost and boy did this stuff help!!!

What I am thinking of doing is stacking it with Protein Factory's other product "post-cycle", as I have heard great things about it too. If I do end up doing this I will keep a log for you all.

Sounds great bigc. The bottle is only like 25 bucks so I guess I wouldn't be wasting that much cash if I didn't like it. But from all the reviews I've read, it seems like a great product. Interested in your idea if you get it moving as well.

I would take it on an empty stomach and then not eat / drink anything else for 30min so it has time to absorb. That's the same way I take my ZMA and it seems to make a diff.

I don't see why a 19 year old would have problems with natural test. Thats just not natural!. If you have a low libidio and your 19 years old you have got some serious problems!. Damn I would be worried if I was that young and had a low sex drive!.

I would take it on an empty stomach and then not eat / drink anything else for 30min so it has time to absorb. That's the same way I take my ZMA and it seems to make a diff.

Like I said, I am taking it per the instructions on the bottle.
I never take a supp closer than 30-40 minutes to a meal/shake unless it says to.
I'm a stickler for proper dosing.

Its in the mail as we speak. I was curious to know if anyone does know, if I should still take mass gainer and protein with it. Lol dumb question I know
