Best anaerobic endurance stack?

What does everyone think is the best stack for REPETITIVE relatively short (3 min) high intensity burst activity with 1 MIN rest periods? I am looking to improve my ability to go all out for 3 minutes and then recover quickly and go all out again. Any thoughts?

creatine or ephedra

i have not tried cm but heard it was good. bobo and big pete both have logs with this ingredient
