Skin problem

I hope this is the right section..
Since I remember going to the gym, I always had a problem of red dots on my delts/traps..
Looks like small pimple but idk what could cause them.

I want get rid of them, what should I do? Are there any supplements?

When you shower are you cleaning that area or just letting water hit it?

"Do they itch"?

No clue. I don't use typical soaps anymore. I only use organic stuff like Dr bronners. Too much garbage in typical soaps and body washes

I'm not a fan of topical soaps either, used to make my skin go nuts. Stop using them and it helped.

Are you in sleeveless shirts on the gym benches without a towel between your skin and the bench? If you are then you could be having a reaction to the vinyl bench covering or the bactericide used to clean the bench.

Accutane is recommended for very severe cases of acne. Take a look at the terrible side effects:

I took Accutane about 20 years ago. Still have some side effects. Pretty much destroyed my skin. I don't recommend it.

Looks like keratosis pilaris.

I've got it on the backs of my arms/shoulders.

It's incredibly common and almost half the adult population has it in some form.


Exfoliate and use a retinoid rich lotion and the bumps will soften/be less inflamed.

Get a clarasonic, it'll scrub all your dead skin off and shrink your pores. It's the best skin cleanser ever. I also use dove body wash only, because my skin is sensitive.

I use the purity cleanser. It's a little pricey but it works amazing! You can get it at any beauty store at the mall. You don't have to use that one tho. Use dove, it works well also!

Do you have any history with eczema? I have similar spots to what you have and I found out that it is eczema. They aren't itchy at all either so it could be a possibility.

Coconut.oil and aloe over Accutane . If you have severe acne or skin.problems its a.tell tale sign of what's.going on inside your body.

Ok, I have similar issue. Best thing for it is Oxy face wash with 10% benzoyl peroxide in it. When I shower I put some on a scrubbing brush gently scrub effected area. Works a treat.

That stuff can irritate your skin. You need something gentle.
