  13. What happens when you guys get "too much" pump? I've had some massive pumps, so much that I have to lift my arms above my head to let the blood move elsewhere, but it did not hinder my workout at all.

    Same here! Love it on weight training day, those days I go with 2 scoops of High Volume, if I'm looking just for endurance for boxing I'll use only 1 scoop stacked with acute fx

  25. My arms take a beating assisting my other movements; if I have extra energy left over after a workout I'll hit some cables or dumbbells. I love the pump too, maybe not as much as Arnold lol!

    Pretty interesting study here for L-Citrulline and it was only at 1.5g a day, I know I can feel a difference with High Volume, at 5g it's very noticeable.
