I love this product, by far from my experiences it is the best creatine out there. However due to the magnesium chelate I believe, it gives me the ****s. Is there anyway tothis?

I'd agree with splitting up the doses and seeing how that works for you. In my personal experience with Green Mag I just kept taking it and a couple weeks into it my body seemed to adapt.

Have to agree green mag for me is the best creatine and great price.
As stated above, you could try splitting the dosage, however Green Mag is intended for pre-workout usage given the ergogens it contains.
