Diet? IF / Carb cycling. I prefer carb cycling along with Anabolic Pump. Fantastic recomp results and allows the muscles to uptake more glycogen and prevent spillover.
I second anabolic pump... Not only does it improve insulin sensitivity, it activates GLUT 4 which actively transports glucose into the cell and then polymerized into muscle glycogen (basically force feeding muscles). And like stated above when using IF or FTP, AP is great.
