I am trying to get a staple stack going and would like suggestions.
fish oil
Agmatine
Cinnamon plus chord *gda*
Beta alinine
Creatine
Citruline malate.
Orange triad
Peak beta +*creatnol o phosphate, l carnitine l tarate and norvaline*

This is my current staple I'm thinking of. Anything else I can add?
I'm pondering green tea but I can drink that. Coq10 maybe but I'm unsure if its worth the extra money.
Ara will be added every so often but not a constant staple.
I'm also considering another GDA slinsane.
Any opinions?

The Juice Packages
10 Fl. Oz. Sheet Of Flash Frozen Juice
Measures 11" L x 6.25" W x 0.66" H
Contains 20 Cubes
Each Cube Is 0.5 Fl. Oz. Each

Our organically grown wheatgrass juice comes packaged in the ice cube bag pictured to the right. We call this bag a "sheet" of juice and it gives the juice several key properties:
  • The juice bag is vacuum packed, eliminating air exposure
  • The sheet is thin which enhances the flash freezing process
  • It divides the juice into 0.5 fl. oz. portions for easy serving
  • The surface area of each cube is large so the juice thaws quickly
The package itself is designed to deliver the most nutritious product possible. Packaging comes in thousands of different varieties. The better and more expensive packaging is always characterized by one thing, the level of "barrier protection" against air. Most packaging used in food production is inexpensive, porous and although leak proof, is breathable and freely penetrated by air. These package types will result in oxidized and degraded juice; however, the juice is fully protected in our packaging.

Highlights of our frozen wheatgrass juice packaging:

  • vacuum packed with 100% barrier protection against oxidation
  • the packaging is BPA free
  • it exceeds FDA requirements and much tougher European standards
  • the bags have been fully leach tested at temperatures of 40C (104F) over a 10 day period

If you are under 40 years of age I do not think Coq10 will be essential for you

Solid list. Only thing left to consider is an antioxidant. Na-R-Ala or NAC are my favorites.

I hope you do not take this to offense but Sam's club although for some things it is good, I would not go for these nutrients, it will be perhaps better than to not take it at all.

Any particular reason? I haven't really done research but have heard some things.
Among other things it is an anti oxidant, lowers bad cholesterol, reduces inflammation, etc. Some studies have even suggested that it can potentially extend a persons life span but for now that study has been limited to mice only.

I like the fact that you are breaking things down by ingredients for staples and not just products, thats how I like to do the majority of the time bc it is nice to know what we are getting and what is doing what,Leucine I think would be a nice addition, and I see you said you take a joint formula, have you ever tried or looked into Cissus Xt?Also Im hoping that we can see Glycophase show up soon so that would be an obvious from me to recommend as your Gda.I like to use Cycle Assist myself for general health pruposes year round, not just for cycling,so that's always a thought to look into.

I talk ingredients. Literally. When someone suggest a new supplement the first thing I ask is "what's in it" and not "what was your results" like most do. Tried cisuss. Its not a staple for me.

Cycle assist would be great but not a staple in my eyes.

Ill look into the gda.
