Getting Ready To Start / Stack Advice

    Getting Ready To Start / Stack Advice


    Hey guys, Im currently 200lb and estimating somewhere from 13-15% bodyfat. I would like to cut/recomp. I have been lifting for 3 years now and use normal supplements like multivitamins, whey, creatine, BCAAs, fish oil, preworkouts, etc. but this will the first time I am venturing past that.

    I have (or will have) 2 Erase Pro bottles, D-pol and I am thinking about buying
    Alphamine (Also Would it be worth $16 to add in Vanillean too?)

    So Far:
    Week 1: Erase Pro + ( As soon as the D-pol and Alphamine arrive)
    Week 2: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
    Week 3: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
    Week 4: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
    Week 5: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
    Week 6: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
    Week 7: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine
    Week 8: Erase Pro + D-pol + Alphamine

    Would you guys suggest anything else?
    I will be keeping a log and posting pics often so I can keep track of how this works out as well

    My diet is very clean, 50% protein 25% carbs 25% fat. I will be doing cardio 20min 2x day and lifting 4 days a week. I am currently eating 2,800 but am planning on trying 3000 on the stack and then adjust from there.

    I don't think you need anything else, this stack is very well constructed.

    Is that cardio 2x/day or 2x/week?

    Kris Gethin


    Its light cardio 2x a day. I was looking at programs on bb.com and am going to be doing the Kris Gethin workouts from his 12 week trainer

    I'm a bigger fan of doing HIIT 2-3x a week rather than LISS multiple times a day. The former builds muscle and has a recomposition effect, while the latter really only widens the caloric deficit (which can be achieved via diet).

    Thanks for that info. Ive def read that before. I just use this as a way to walk my dog around the neighborhood as well lol. But I will give HITT a go a few times through out the week and try and switch em out. hey I see you are a PES rep so would u mind telling me a little about Vanillean and the new Alpha-T2? Im a bit tight on money so I was wondering if either would be worth getting

    Honestly, I think the stack you have is pretty comprehensive as is. I can't speak for Vanillean, but Alpha-T2 would be a great option when you're done with this stack in order to cycle off the heavier stimulants.

    As Cooper said , your stack looks good. No need to add anything. I also agree on HIIT rather than cardio 2x per day. Looking forward to your log.

    Save the Vanillien or Alpha t2 for when you done with this one and continue to burn some fat if need be.

    One thing I would add is that you may want to think about your Macro distributions. ~375g of protein is a tad excessive considering that the body does has a finite capacity to use aminos. Whilst excess won't be detrimental, you could certainly benefit from dropping some and adding more of something else.

    Coop answered several of your questions so you are definitely good to go! I see no need to add anything to that, especially considering you have never used them before. Try and get the D-pol in pre-workout for the nitrate pumps.

    I also would second what Jiigzz mentioned on the protein. Personally I prefer to set protein based off of bodyweight rather than caloric percentage.

    Great stack you have there to get you shredded.

    Protein is a bit high. I would look into carb cycling.

    Sick stack you have and nice layout. I wouldn't add the vanillean personally because I think that stack is plenty enough on its own. Enjoy!

    As clem said carb cycling is amazingly beneficial.

    prettry dope stack you got there. Alphamine & D-Pol as a pre workout is freakin awesome as far my brother told me. he was stacking it with Nolvadren XT .
    Erase pro will be a great addention though. great stack for getting that dry and lean pshyqice .

    Thank you all for the replies, I will look into lowering my proteins and uping my carbs\ maybe carb cycling. Im on day 2 of erase pro and just waiting for the other products to come in any day now. I also have some blue up and gms laying around, would u guys suggest adding any of that? I have heard bad things about blue up's stims

    GMS would be a good addition. Not sure what this blue up is.
