Question about Formastat

I noticed on the label it says one of the side affects could be increased estrogen levels.
How can this be? Formastat is an E blocker. Am I missing something? Do they mean taking MORE than the recomended dosage can actually elevate estrogen levels?
Also, should I take these on an empty stomach? With a meal? Or can I wash em down with an
oil cap?
