I'm about to start a new fat loss cycle. I've done old OxyE withand thought it was great. I just picked up , T2, and and want to run this. Would it be too much to use old OE aswell?
Doing 5x5 program (3x week to keep strength) and tough mudder training (cardio, body weight HIIT)
Diet will be carb cycling on lifting days, mostly protein on TM training days.
