Supplement for Premature Ejaculation

Hi everyone. I have had PE for some time now and I'm looking for a solution. I have taken Paxil low dose daily and yeah that takes care of it but also decreases the potency of my erections, while making me sleepy AF. Has anyone tried anything (supplement wise) that works without losing erection power?

Suppversity sometime posted about it indicating it could be all excess prolactin. I don't know that, because I know people on bromocriptine/prami/carbegoline that say they are ejaculating more rapid than before on them.

But good naturals dopamine agonist's are L-Dopa, P5P...

Ive tried Appnuts Drive and L-Dopa but Ive heard that Citrulline Malate does the job. Plain ole choking the chicken works too, if you practice long, you perform long and vice versa.

Oh trust me I have tried that lol. My problem is hypersensitivity but I can't use those desensitizers as they make things even worse. Paxil kinda numbs me I guess, and then I can go for as long as I want. I want something like that but without the horrible side effects. I have tried 5-HTP, St John's wort, Saw Palmetto...u name it and nothing works. Also, I have had so much sex in my life, thank God lol, and I that has not helped as much either

But what's the point to change Paxil for other SSRI ? he's taking SSRI everyday for this problem. I'm not sure, but I don't think it's healthy.

Not sure how ssri work but i heard dapoxetine only needs to be taken 'pre-sex' . Just here say so idk how tru nor do care enough to research it. People react differently to different drugs so maybe this will offer little to sides compared to Paxil

10y rs ago I was on paxil, not for PE but for depression...my dosage was higher 20/25 mg...in less than 2 weeks I had ED, at age 32...not even my left hand could get me to finish unless I went at til my hand cramped, like 15 minutes or more..and felt like a numbed zombie..when I complaine d to the pharmacy, they said either I get used to it or learn to do without the drug...I decided to take the latter course, and discovered Sam e and learned to live life for the best

5 yrs ago, I decided to quit smoking..Chantix helped me a lot , so did quitnet, but my moods flucuated to tjhe point of insanity...at that time a few Xanex helped, but once again, I stay away from prescription drugs, so I went herbal...skullcap and Valerian(naural Valium) helped...so did Sam e ...later in my quit, I didnt need all the calming herbals but STILL felt odd threads of greyness and depression, along w/ bout of the all familiar PE, even as I grew older...I discovered macuna prureins, as well as tongkat ali...tonkat strengthend, while macuna helped make me last longer, helped my libido and also my refractory/recharge time...it also helps build testoserone and decrease blood sugar and help high blood pressure...and also my moods were less depressed....the cheapest source for macuna was 13.00 for 200 capsat 350 mg each from swansons vitamins...one a day helped out 2 even more...they say 1500 mg is standard for 150 pound guy...I never tried that high, but a guy on this site tried 12 GRAMS...and had to relive himself(putting it nicely) 20 times a day from jumping anything red blooded coming his way

There IS a lot to be said for herbals, MUCH more harmless and LESS costly than prescription drugs

This is true. I don't have PE, but on AI's I feel like I could last hours, even though my T is through the roof.

In my case at least, I don't think it's mental at all, and believe me I have done all that: masturbate more, kegels etc etc. My issue is hypersensitivity in the area and the Paxil for example numbs me to where I don't cum sooo fast.

ok I received a bottle of NOW's DOPA Mucuna I ordered from Amazon. It's 15% L-DOPA (800 mg) and 120 mg of straight L-DOPA per serving. Each serving is 2 Vcaps. I just popped 2. I plan to increase it to 4-6 a day.

Quick update for everyone. I have been taking the Dopa Mucuna from NOW foods for a lil over a week now, I believe lol. Can't say that it works for me at all so far, I understand it may be a systemic thing but the Paxil in 4-5 days makes me go from 1-2 min man to a porn star. No, I am not going back to taking Paxil, I have realized that's using a tank for what a bb gun would solve.

I did not rule it out altogether. I said in my case because how do you explain that Paxil works for me? I am not depressed or have any type of anxiety ever, the Paxil works because it numbs me, thus reducing the hypersensitivity. Same thing when I use desensitized condoms, but those take the fun out of it!

Have tried the 5-htp but not the phenibut. I'm currently on Dopa Mucuna but it does not do a thing for me. Yeah, I know about the Rx options but don't wanna rely on any SSRIs or develop an addiction for any painkiller (opiates). Thanks though bro!

Another update...9 days on Dopa Mucuna and NOTHING, meaning it does nothing for me for ejaculatory control. I'll keep trying it 'til I run out but it seems like I'll have to go back on the Paxil low dose. Sex is veryyy important to me, and only about 99.9999% of the rest of men in the world lol, so I guess I'll have to deal with the 30 million other things Paxil does to me, including softer erections. Something I did try a couple times was Yohimbine HCL while I was on Paxil, to get stronger erections, and the thing works exceptionally well-mind u, you will get heart palpitations if you take too much of it. It's either I get my natural rock hard boners and bust in little time, or take the Paxil plus the Yohimbine HCL, have the rock hard boner and c** whenever I decide. I hate Paxil and I hate having to take something else to counter but what's a horny Scorpio dude gon' do? lmao

PS: Things I have tried, and not just for a few days (as I'm one to really give things a try), and supposedly taking the recommended dosages after doing some research: 5-HTP, St John's Wort, kegels, reverse kegels, start-stop, squeeze, desensitized condoms, sprays, Zoloft, Paxil and now Dopa Mucuna. I may have forgotten some, yes I have tried to put this ish out. This is why I've said that at least in my case it comes down to numbing the member not topically but from the inside out, and that's what Paxil does. Sorry for the extensive post, just a frustrated dude here.

Yeah bro, those usually just numb me too much to where I either don't feel a thing or my erection goes down. What I tried for some time and worked was putting on those desensitizing condoms and after a little while swap to a regular one, but on top of that being a hassle sometimes I would keep it on for too long, or too short a time. Drinking definitely works for me too, which goes back to why Paxil works for me: it numbs me from the inside out. I definitely don't wanna rely on alcohol, that would require drinking everyday, as I get it on with my girl on a daily basis lol
