I would start with Erase at 1 cap a day. On the second week you could bump up to 2 caps a day. 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. If you don't get any joint discomfort you could bump up to 3 caps a day. Some get bad joint pain and others don't. If you do just up your fish oil dosage and look into cissus.

To be honest, formestane, erase, prohormones in general have givene zero joint pain so far but my protocol is expensive. Doctors best MSM, hyualaronic acid (sp?) Curcumin, bromelain and usplabs super cissus

This. Start slow. I went too high and my joints took several days to recover. I've never found an effective joint product and I've blown some major coin trying joint products. So if u get pains, just take a day or two off so your estrogen levels can start to go up a little bit, then continue at the lower dose.

For your situation, Erase. If you can handle that at full dose and looking for something stronger in the future, Erase Pro.

Depends on what you mean by 'Best'.

Erase is a popular, and rather potent AI.

Formestane would be the 'best' if we are talking about potency.

Erase is caps, versus Forma being in a topical.

I've used Erase w/ great success and prefer caps to topicals.

Formeron is my favorite but I haven't tried Formasurge. I do like the idea of the added Resveratol in Formasurge since I've always responded well to Resveratol. I haven't tried Erase Pro but Erase has worked well for me the times I used it. Any of these three will serve you well.

You would be fine with that, although I might rethink the addition of lean Xtreme into the stack. Since LX primarily works through cortisol control, and you're already getting enough of it with Erase, it might be excessive.

I'd look into something like Erase/Alpha T2 or comparable if you want a solid low stimulant fat loss stack.
