So between 24 and 28, but I feel shameful....
I take the A, B, C, D, E and K, Selenium and Fish Oil prelunch....So when my buddies come by my office to grab me to go eat I have to sneak a handful of pills in my mouth at once without them seeing, I've gotten really good at swallowing pills.
I'm thinking of dropping all vitamins though.
Well some pills I take for halfs,quarters,some supps I take for 2 pills,and I use powders,so I can`t tell you exactly how many pills.
But it is a lot.
Probably around 14,15 different things a day,but none of them are hepatotoxic as far as I know.

So that's 28 to 32 currently, though I'm about to switch my fish oil to NOW Ultra Omega 3, which will cut that number by 6. Additionally, on workout days I take 4 SNS COP caps, 1 vitamin D3 and 1 vitamin C.
