Cooper nailed it -- in fact, waxy maize is something that sits well in my stomach and I can use copious amounts of it without feeling too 'heavy' and bogged down.

For performance and pump, how much better would GlycoMyx work than Waxy Maize with something like SlinTensity?

Waxy Maize would actually be preferable for acute performance depending on how long you take it prior to training. Slintensity won't really affect pumps or performance, but it will reduce any insulin-induced lethargy and make more out of your workout as far as fatty acid utilization is concerned.
