    Is GlycoMyx that much better than Waxy Maize?


    My Waxy is coming to an end - wondering if it is worth it to get GlycoMyx or if there is anything else out there you would recommend?

    Cooper nailed it -- in fact, waxy maize is something that sits well in my stomach and I can use copious amounts of it without feeling too 'heavy' and bogged down.

    Mr. Cooper,

    For performance and pump, how much better would GlycoMyx work than Waxy Maize with something like SlinTensity?

    Waxy Maize would actually be preferable for acute performance depending on how long you take it prior to training. Slintensity won't really affect pumps or performance, but it will reduce any insulin-induced lethargy and make more out of your workout as far as fatty acid utilization is concerned.

    Can you take slintensity or for that matter, any GDA pre-workout without carbs?

    I actually have done that, only because igf which shuttles nutrients is common pre by bodybuilders with no carbs when dieting.
