I suppose it depends how bad the acne is and how much it bothers you, try taking an extra shower daily to keep oil off your skin, a quick google can give you a few tips on trying to manage acne before ditching the product, if your cycling and it isn't all that bad.. Think of it as short term pain for long term gain
