Higher BF levels we tend to suggest Abliderate Advanced, lower ones we tend to suggest Eviscerate series. Both will be effective at any level however, it's just a cost-benefit thing. If you really want to go nuts on it, run both at the same time (Abliderate followed by Eviscerate Smolder.) I do this often and love the results.

I've got a bottle of Abliderate advanced on the way right now and I'm very excited to try it out. I'm looking forward to seeing what it can do for some loose belly skin and a little lovehandle fat.

When should you take AA? I am really close to pulling the trigger on a bottle, but I work all day in an office environment then at 5 pm I hit the gym. If I apply it in the morning after my shower would it still be effective? Or do I have to apply it before my workout?

Morning after the shower is actually the best time to apply it. Not right before the workout. Your work experience/gym and mine are the exact same. You're good to go.

Ok, let's clear some of this up:

Abliderate Advanced will work at high and low BF levels, but is going to mostly target VAT and help control cortisol. It can be used at any bodyfat, but from a cost-benefit standpoint it's probably best for those with VAT problems or those looking to control cortisol. It should only be used around the core area.

Eviscerate series will work at high and low BF levels, but is mostly going to target SAT and reduce "stubborn" fat problem. From a cost-benefit standpoint it's probably best for those at lower BF levels (sub 12%). That isn't to say it won't do ANYTHING if you're higher, probably more that it's not really designed to do something at high BF's that will leave you really pleased. Eviscerate CAN be used on the chest, even as a pre-workout on targeted muscles, and even on the legs (be very careful where you get it on you at though).

The products CAN be combined. The best way to do that is to use after showering (preferably with exfoliating soap like Java Lather, but this is not a necessity for use).

    1. Shower.
    2. Dry off.
    3. Apply Abliderate Advanced.
    4. Allow to "dry" (I usually brush my teeth now)
    5. Apply Eviscerate series (Smolder or OG).

Matt has said Eviscerate OVER AA (AA then eviscerate application) works way better than the other way around. Something about the carrier.

I've used them solo or together. Together is the most effective way, but isn't something that everyone wants to do and that is quite understandable.

AA can be quite effective though even on lower bodyfats. One good example of that is Mr. Cooper. He really enjoyed it and he wasn't at a high BF%.

I have SAT fat. The kind you pinch so I need EV and not AA. AA would be for for people that have fat under the muscle.

I will edit that. Instructions are right, just worded that wrong. Apply AA, then Eviscerate. I don't think you have to wait long, I believe he has said before you might let the AA "dry" a bit.

Napalm is in eviscerate. Matt has long been good friends with Caleb and did a lot of stuff with Avant back in the day, including licensing Napalm carrier. Eviscerate is essentially Napalm+extra stuff.

Anyone know of any cold-sensory based thermogenics? Im thinking topical menthol or something. Some TRPM8 agonist
The efficiency of topical capsaicin is blown out of proportion considering extremely rapid desensitization
