Is this a drug that has to be taken several days or weeks to get the desired effect or does it work immediately e.g. when you have to learn for some hours that you have to take one an hour before or so? If someone have knowledge/experience considering this smart drug, especially kick-in time and dosage i would be glad to hear your comments on this.
