    I just started taking creatine mono hydrate how long should I take this

    5 grams / day.
    Some might advocate a loading phase of 10 grams/day for a week. You decide what you want.
    No need to cycle it.
    Water, juice, or a pre-W.O. to wash it down with.
    AM, PM, Pre/Post W.O. - you decided what you like.

    3-5g ED for about a month. Then you'll reach saturated creatine levels. From then on you can just supp 3-5g on WO days. As said above, whenever with with or without food. No need to cycle or load.

    Ever try Creatine Glycerol Phosphate. Much easier on the liver and you never have to load ir cycle off.

    Monohydrate is cheap and it works. don't fall for all the hype around these "creatine plus" products.

    3-5g daily everyday.No need to load or cycle it and time taken does not matter either.Its hard to beat SNS creatine mono or mcc,great quality at a great price.
